Tutorial:

1. Open a new image 900x500 pixels - Transparent

2. Foreground color: #825cb6 and background color: #2b4b7a

Change the foreground to gradient forground/background and Flood Fill your Image with the Gradient:

3. Effects – Texture Effects - Fur

4. Effects  - Reflection Effects - Kalejdoscope, Color #3187f1

5. Effects – Plugins – Medhi - Edges FX, Color 825cb6 (your foregroundcolor)

6. Effects – Artistic Effects – Contours, Color 825cb6 (your foregroundcolor)

7. Selections – Load/Save Selection – Load Selection from Disk. Find the selection 'Zoee_Positive_Thinking_sel_1'

8. Selections - Promote Selection to layer

Selections - Select None

Effects – Image Effects - Seamless Tiling

9. Selections – Select all

Selections –  Float

Selections –  Defloat

Layers – New Raster Layer

10. Change the Gradient to color #332146  

Flood Fill Tool – Match Mode: None, Flood Fill the selection 5 times

Selections – Modify - Contract – 2

Edit – Cut (Or press Delete on your keyboard)

Selections - Select None

Effects – Image Effects – Seamless  Tiling

11. Layers - Duplicate

Effects – Image Effects – Seamless  Tiling

12. Activate the bottom layer (Raster 1)

Selections – Load/Save Selection From Disk, as before, but find the selection 'Zoee_Positive_Thinking_sel_2'

Layers – New Raster Layer

13. Flood Fill with the foregroundcolor

 Selections – Modify - Contract – 2

Edit – Cut (Or press Delete on your keyboard)

Selections – Select None

Layers – Merge – Down

Repeat Layers – Merge – Merge Down (So that you have 3 layers left)

Layers - Properties – Opacity75

14. Activate the middle layer (Promoted Selection)

Layers – Merge – Merge Down

Adjust – Brightness and Contrast - Fill Light/Clarity, Fill light: 20 and Clarity: 30

Effects – Edge Effects – Enhance

Adjust – Sharpness – Sharpen

Layers – Merge – Merge Visible

15. Layers - New Raster Layer

Change the foregroundcolor to #ffffff (white) and Flood Fill the layer

Open the Mask 'Zoee_Mask_01' and minimize it

Layers - New Mask Layer – From Image
Find the mask 'Zoee_Mask_01'

Layers - Merge - Merge Group

Effects – Image Effects – Offset

16. Layers  - Duplicate

Image - Mirror - Mirror Vertical  (Image - Flip in older PSP versions)

Layers - Merge - Merge Down

Layers  - Duplicate

Image - Mirror - Mirror Horizontal  (Image - Mirror in older PSP versions)

Layers - Merge - Merge Down

17. Selections – Load/Save Selection From Disk, as before, but find the selection 'Zoee_Positive_Thinking_sel_3'

Edit – Cut (Or press Delete on your keyboard)

Selections – Select None

Effects – Edge Effects – Enhance

18. Layers  - Duplicate 

Effects – Image Effects – Seamless Tiling, as before

Layers - Merge - Merge Visible

19. Open the tube ’Zoee_Positive_thinking_Deco1’

Edit – Copy

On your image, Edit – Paste As New Layer

Layers - Properties – Opacity: 40 and Blend Mode: Hard Light

20. Open the tube ’Zoee_Positive_thinking_Deco2’

Edit – Copy

On your image, Edit – Paste As New Layer

Layers - Properties –Opacity: 40 and Blend Mode: Dodge

Effects – Image Effects – Offset, as before

Layers  - Duplicate

Image - Mirror - Mirror Horizontal  (Image - Mirror in older PSP versions)

21. Open the tube ’Zoee_Positive_thinking_Deco3’

Edit – Copy

On your image, Edit – Paste As New Layer

Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow, Color #2a1d4b

Layers - Merge - Merge Visible

22. Open the tube ’Zoee_Positive_thinking_Text’

Edit – Copy

On your image, Edit – Paste As New Layer

Effects – Image Effects – Offset, as before, but change the numbers to 205 / 139

Adjust – Sharpness - Sharpen

Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow, 2 / 2 / 70 / 0 - Color as before

23. Layers  - Duplicate

Image - Resize 70%, uncheck All Layers

Effects – Image Effects – Offset, as before, but change the numbers to -433 / -260

Adjust – Sharpness – Sharpen

Layers – Layer Properties, Opacity: 70

24. Activate the bottom layer (Merged)

Edit - Copy

Image – Add Borders – Symmetric - 2 pixel –Color #2a1d4b (dark purple)

Image – Add Borders – Symmetric - 40 pixel - #ffffff (white)

25. Magic wand Tool, Feather and Tolerance: 0

Select the white border

Edit – Paste into selection

Selections - Select None

Effects – Plugins – AAA Frames – Foto Frame

26. Open the tube ‘9_tube_femme_p1_animabelle’

Edit – Copy

On your image, Edit – Paste As New Layer

Image - Mirror - Mirror Horizontal  (Image - Mirror in older PSP versions)

Effects – Image Effects – Offset, as before, but change the numbers to  -143 / -130

Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow, -20 / -20 / 80 – 60 – Color as before

Layers – Merge – Merge Visible

27.  Resize if you want. I resized mine to 900 px wide.

Add your name or watermark and save as JPG
