Materials here:

1. Create a new image 850x625 pixels

2. Set the foreground color to #ffea0a and background color to #bf2904

3. Fill the layer with the background color

4. Layers -  New Raster Layer

5. Set the foreground color to gradient forground-background with these settings and fill the layer with the gradient:

6. Open the tube '12206401554_fleurs' and copy it to your image

7. Go to Image ... Resize and set the figure at 125% - Uncheck All Layers

8. Image - Free rotate, check Right and 90 and not the others

9. Move to the left to fill half of the picture

10. Layers - Duplicate

11 Image - Mirror - Mirror Horizontal (Image Mirror in older versions of PSP)

12. Layers - Merge -  Merge Down

13. Repeat step 12

14. Effects - Art Media Effects - Brush Stokes, color #fcd31a:

15. Open the tube 'MisssillyRainbow' and copy it to your image as a new layer

16. Take Pick Tool and pull it as big as the picture

17. Layer Properties - Blend Mode Hard Light

18. Open the tube 'pepim-Wake me up before you go-go! _Liuba' And copy it to your image as a new layer

19. Image - Resize 70%, uncheck Resize All Layers

20. Image - Mirror - Mirror Horizontal (Image - Mirror in older versions of PSP) and set it as the picture

21. Layers - Duplicate and close the layer on the eye

22. Stand on one of the other layers and Layers - Merge - Merge Visible

23. Effects - Illumination Effects - Sunburst and set these settings 
(Depending on how your tube sits adjust Horizontal and Vertical so that it sits in her hand)

24. Open the top layer of the eye and activate it

25. Adjust - Brightness and contrast - Local tone mapping

26. Go to Adjust - Brightness and contrast - Highlight / midtone / shadow

27. Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow, color # 361502

28. Open the tube 'Zoee_kugle' and copy it to your image as a new layer

29. Image - Resize 15%, uncheck Resize All Layers

30. Move it into her hand

31. Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow, samme settings as before but change the  color to #ffd50a

32. Open the tube with the text and copy it to your image as a new layer. Set it as in my image 
There is a Danish and an English version. But you can also write your own text.

33. Image - Add Borders - color #421902 - 2 pixel - Symmetric

34. Image - Add Borders - choose a light color - 25 pixel - Symmetric

35. Magic Wand Tool,  feather and tolerance 0 select the last border

36. Go in the color palette and change the gradient to 4 in repeats

37. Fill the selection with the gradient

38. Effects - Art Media Effects - Brush Stokes, same settings as before

39. Effects 3D Effects - Inner Bevel, - color #ffffff (white)

40. Selections - Select none

41. Image - Add Borders - color # 421902 - 2 pixel - Symmetric

43. Layers - Merge - Merge All (Flatten)

Ad your name or watermark and save as JPG
